Project objectives
To diagnose
the standing of the automotive industry on the implementation of the labor reform and Chapter 23 of the USMCA.
To Improve
the knowledge and capacity of employers to prepare for the implementation of the labor reform and the USMCA.
To assist
sector employers in the process of strengthening the social dialogue and promoting productive industrial relations.
To provide
advice on the implementation of the new administrative procedures and on the prevention of violations of the labor reform and of the USMCA.
To train
employees and staff in the sector thus, to sustain the results and objectives of the project in the long term.
To facilitate
the implementation of gender inclusion and anti-discrimination policies in the workplace.
